Excellent stand that should help increase productivity when on client sites that only have a single monitor. I like the storage bag - a cheap and simple addition but it stops things being scratched and rattling around in my bag.

As a traveling nomad this stand is extremely light, small, and easy to pack in a single bag situation. It's very strong when set up and has plenty of chioces for height adjustment. I love it!

New to the use of a laptop stand and can't understand how i ever survived without it before. The set up is so much nicer on the muscles. Also height adjustment helps between my wife and I. I went for the lightweight option due to becoming more of a digital nomad. I've already recommended it to work colleagues.

Absolutely love this thing. So lightweight, the adjustable heights are incredible, and it makes turning any room in my apartment, or at school or airports an absolute breeze. I feel that I got what I paid for; namely excellent quality which is worth the price!

The stand is great! One small suggestion would be to include a link to a video showing how to unfold and fold the stand. This can be a bit challenging for the first time users.

Ordered Nexstand because I needed it for my kids laptop for schooling. Arrived quickly, packaged nicely and works wonderfuly for the laptop. Made more room on the workspace for a keyboard and helps tremendously with ensuring better posture while sitting at the desk doing school on the computer.

Great product, feels well built and stable, it is lightweight and easy to setup and dismount and really does elevate the laptop quite a bit.

First of all, I would like to thank you for your quick response and the quick shipping of my purchase. To start with, as I was already a user of NEXSTAND-2, I would like to express my congratulations for the upgrade of such a useful and inevitable gear that every user of laptop should have. With more details, the fact that the new NEXSTAND-1, is so light, the use of a smooth and velvet filing at the hooks and not a simple plastic, element that not harems the surface of my laptop, gives a really nice touch and credits to the item. Additionally, the hooks don’t have removable parts as his predecessor, parts that somebody could lose. As far as the posture concern, the different scale gives you the opportunity for a nicer a less painful work station, which means that you have a better view to your screen. Furthermore, the carry bag is a much better quality something that give a longer life for your equipment. Now let’s go to the cons, first of all, I am not sure if this stand will be able to withstand a heavy laptop, I am lucky to have a 13’ inch one, if I had a bigger one, I’m not sure if could manage it. Secondly, something that frustrate me is the square legs that probably give really good gripe, with this particular material that they are made off, but at the same time when the laptop is on, if I’ll try to write on the laptop keyboard, there is no stability. Unfortunately, this is something that you should take under consideration. Over all, I’ll give four stars and not five, because there is some space you have to cover in order to create an advance item in such price. P.S. The shipping cycle was really good until the time that the package passed the Greek borders. Please next time collaborate with a better carrier Geniki Taxydromiki spoils your good work.

Love this thing! It's so small when collapsed, making it extremely easy to pack when traveling with it. The set up is easy, and I love how light it looks propped up on my desk or table for use. My only gripe is that fully propped up you can't close your laptop completely, but you just have to push it up or leave it ajar on sleep which is fine. It's a little stiff to open and close but I don't mind it.

This is quite a stunning looking stand. Very 'up market' carbon fibre. A bit like a deckchair opening and closing and it feels like three hands are needed sometimes, but once it is up, it certainly punches above its weight. My iPad pro is a perfect fit and seemingly infinite positions are available to get it in just the right place. I have a feeling it is going to be hoisted for a music stand unless I can keep a close eye on it. (It comes in a tempting carry bag, making it easy to slip into a saxophone case). The claw like ends grip a thin laptop or iPad very well and for something so light it is amazingly strong. At £70 it might be out of the way for some, but its worth saving for. I like it immensely. If you travel a lot with your laptop and a keyboard; or use your laptop to give presentations on the road; the Nexstand Carbon Fibre laptop stand is exceptional in a many ways. I like using laptop stands as they help keep my work laptop cooler as it tends to get VERY hot. Nexstand have created their stand very well. The carbon fibre weave is good over most of the stand. It felt too stiff out of the box but a few days of getting used to the mechanism sorted out my fear of breaking it. The stand is made from several small carbon fibre components that are screwed and slotted together. All these parts allow for some flex, and for a variety of heights and angles available. There are some rubber pieces to stop your laptop cracking the stand; and to give some grip on the desk. The rubber grip for the laptop worked best with my super thin apple laptop, though my work dell inspiron just fit. The stand is incredibly light coming in at 158grams on my scales – compared to 831g of my aluminium laptop stand. Carbon fibre has a reputation for being fragile; so, I have carried it around for work for the last week, rather that setting it up on my home office. in my laptop bag and it has stood up well. The bag Nexstand include isn’t padded so doesn’t add much to the bulk of the stand; it at best stops it getting scratched. It stood up to be pushed into train overhead racks and dropped on the floor with the rest of my bag over and over. It also supported my laptop happily in the office for a week. The compact size doesn’t get away from needing to carry a separate keyboard and mouse; but this is a good thing for ergonomically working as it stops me looking down at the screen. You can get stands for far less; I haven’t seen any that look or work as nicely as this one. In my experience those tend to be finished poorly with rough sharp edges; Nexstand has nicely smooth moulded and there are no sharp edges to be found.

Really great and secure laptop stand. Easy to use and folds away in seconds. Makes all the difference when I am working from home having the laptop screen at face height and using a wireless keyboard. Happy to recommend.

When I first saw this stand I was very intrigued of what the outcome would be but now after using this I am very impressed. Once I had decided on the right level for me I found that my head and shoulders were lifted up and I did feel the immediate benefit from this straight away. My lap top and iPad felt very secure on this stand thanks to the rubberised grippers that holds them in place. I also liked how quick this stand could be put away by simply pushing the two side buttons and the case that this gets stored into is of good quality. I personally do like this stand it’s ingenious and it’s very light for easy transport so I definitely do recommend.

My wife wanted a laptop stand for her craft room / home office as she needed more height on the screen so when I saw this I ordered it even before I realised that it was made from carbon fibre. When this arrived and I picked the box up, my first thought was that they had sent me an empty box, lol but to my surprise there was in fact the stand folded inside. Once I removed the stand it took me a short while to work out how to open it but as far as I can tell it's just a case of pulling up on the two back rests and the whole thing opens up. When this is in the opened position the height can be easily adjusted using two buttons, one on each side which allows the bed section to raise up and go down then being secured in lock points on each side of the stand as soon as the buttons are released. In one of my photos you can see the weight of this on some kitchen scales, it really is quite incredible just how something this light can be so strong. I placed my 15" MacBook Pro onto the stand in the elevated position and it held very firmly with no slipping or movement thanks to the silicone grips fitted at strategic points around the feet and rest. I really wanted to keep this for myself after testing it but my wife was having none of it, lol so it is now in her room holding her Windows laptop over her desk. One small issue I found is that when this stand is elevated the laptops keyboard is at a very acute angle which for some people might be rather uncomfortable. My wife uses her laptop with a separate monitor along with the laptops screen and with a separate mouse and keyboard, so she has no need to use the laptops keyboard, maybe this is how it is meant to be used but I did manage to use the original keyboard at the acute angle although I did start to get wrist pain after a time. Overall, if you are after something very light and extremely strong to travel with then you will not find better, yes it is expensive but everything that I see thats made from carbon fibre is, bearing that in mind this really is pretty good value. A lightweight but strong stand that folds away and stows in a bag smaller than a telescopic umbrella. Handy for keeping in a laptop bag. Following the instructions it is fairly easy to fold out and get to the right height. The front of the stand is height adjustable as well, allowing the laptop to be lifted off the desk and the laptop display to be at a similar height to external monitors, making for a better ergonomic solution. The stand is straightforward to pack away too, when following the instructions. The stand had no issue supporting my works laptop and stays quite stable.
